WauMall Shipping Policy

At WauMall, we’re dedicated to getting your purchases to you efficiently and reliably. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay with your order, we’ll reach out to you directly via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (within Peninsular Malaysia): Shipping rates will vary between RM 7 – RM 100, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order within Peninsular Malaysia.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the specific items and delivery address.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping only when explicitly stated for specific promotions or products. Look out for these offers on our website!

Please Note:

  • Delivery estimates are from the time your order is shipped, not from the time it’s placed.
  • These are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or carrier issues.

3. No International Shipping

Currently, WauMall does not offer international shipping. We only ship within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah, and Sarawak).


4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders reach you safely. Our primary carriers include:

  • J&T Express
  • Ninja Van
  • DHL Express
  • Pos Laju

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your destination and the specifics of your package.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours after shipment begins. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

WauMall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim.

If your package is lost or stolen after the carrier marks it as “delivered,” please contact the carrier directly for investigation. While we’re not responsible for packages once they’re marked as delivered, we’ll gladly assist you by providing any necessary information for your claim with the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s crucial for customers to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. WauMall is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees incurred.


8. Returns Due to Unclaimed Package

If a package is returned to WauMall because it was unclaimed, refused, or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred by WauMall. A refund for the product will be issued, less these shipping costs.
